I don’t know about you but I am already getting sick and tired of all of this snow. It is time for our annual family winter holiday to the sun. Mrs Thom and I have been looking through brochures and are very excited about getting away from this dreadful weather and hitting the beaches somewhere warm and sunny. Little Thom is also looking forward to our holiday and has already looked out the beach ball, bucket and spade to pack in the suitcase!
We can’t wait to get away this year. However, we know from experience that sometimes holidays don’t turn out quite as planned and an accident while on holiday resulting in a personal injury can ruin the fun in an instant.
On our Christmas holiday last year the coach that was booked to take us from the airport to the hotel was involved in an accident. Poor Mrs Thom hurt her neck in the accident which ruined our holiday. Luckily when we got home we contacted Thompsons and were able to obtain compensation for Mrs Thom’s injury, and for the additional expenses that this injury caused, from our tour operator.
It is good to know that my friends at Thompsons are able to help if you are injured while away on holiday. If you’re on a package holiday then your tour operator has a duty of care to you. That means that they are responsible for your wellbeing and if you are hurt because of their negligence then you might be able to make a claim for compensation.
If you have been involved in an accident while on holiday that was not your fault, contact Thompsons no win no fee specialists who will advise you on your first steps to receiving the compensation that you deserve.
