A Newlywed couple have sued their wedding photographer for compensation after being disappointed by the photos.  They are suing for breach of contract after viewing the photographs which showed random close-ups of vehicles, guests with their heads chopped off and inattentive guests.

The wedding video was not much better.  It was unedited and shaky and the company had failed to cut out part of the shaky film where the cameraman drops the camera during the church ceremony and is heard swearing.

The company also provided thank you cards but they even could not get that right and the bride’s name was spelt incorrectly.

The Judge was satisfied that the service offered was not very professional and awarded the couple compensation.  The judge ordered Gareth Bowers of Fresh Images to pay back £500, and awarded £450 in compensation, £100 for loss of earnings and £170 for court fees.
