Expertise

Jillian has only ever worked for the injured person.  She trained at and qualified at Thompsons in 2006 before gaining relevant experience elsewhere. She returned in 2021 and became Partner in 2023.  Having experienced all types of personal injury from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public and occupier’s liability, she decided to specialise in disease work in 2018 with a particular focus on asbestos related conditions. She has a wide range of experience in ASPIC and Court of Session litigation and her knowledge helps her secure clients’ settlements expeditiously.

Jillian enjoys the challenge of historic disease work but most importantly gains job satisfaction securing clients and their families financial security for their suffering and loss.
