About Kieran

Kieran obtained an Honours degree in business management before completing a law degree at the University of Strathclyde.

During his LLB and Diploma Kieran worked part-time in a busy criminal law firm, dealing with cases in both the Sheriff and High Court. This gave him experience of the importance that expert legal advice can make to the lives of vulnerable individuals.

He started his traineeship with Thompsons within the lung disease team in 2013. Kieran was kept on to work within the litigation team, and continues to manage a Litigation case holding. In addition, in his role as an Associate, Kieran currently supervises all lung disease cases at the pre-Litigation stage

Expertise

Specialising in handling claims once they have been raised in Court, Kieran has experience of dealing with cases in the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts and the All Scotland Personal Injury Court.

He makes every effort to ensure that victims and their families fully understand their rights during a difficult time, and, above all, Kieran strives to secure the best possible outcome for his clients, ensuring that the maximum amount of personal injury compensation possible is sought.
