About Lynn

Lynn completed her traineeship at Thompsons between 2008 and 2010, working in the firm’s lung disease team. On qualifying as a solicitor, Lynn represented Thompsons’ clients in the Penrose Inquiry, a public inquiry which was held in Scotland into infected blood. Thereafter, Lynn worked at a Law Centre in Glasgow for a number of years and she also worked in the dispute resolution team at a Glasgow firm. In 2018, Lynn returned to Thompsons.

As lead solicitor at Thompsons representing clients in the UK wide Infected Blood Inquiry since 2018, Lynn has built on her knowledge of public inquiries and has become highly experienced in this important area.  Lynn has also represented clients in the Scottish Covid 19 Inquiry since 2023.

Qualifications

LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow (Graduated in 2007)

Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law (Graduated in 2008)
