Ronald is an associate in Thompsons Employment Rights Unit. He has represented Trade Unions and their members for over 30 years and specialises in all aspects of employment law with a particular interest in discrimination law.

Ronald has written on employment law issues for a number of legal publications and has also worked for the Legislative and Policy Committee of the Employment lawyers Association assisting working groups dealing with employment law, legislative and policy issues.

Ronald’s advises across a wide range of employment law matters and spends much of his time representing his Trade Union clients in the Employment Tribunal. Ronald has been involved in numerous litigations and has successfully litigated over 2000 cases in various courts and tribunals
