Thompsons No Win No Fee package allows you to proceed with a claim and have access to leading personal injury lawyers, whatever your financial circumstances. When Thompsons takes on your claim under our No Win No Fee arrangement, there is nothing to pay at the outset and if your claim is unsuccessful, you will walk away without having to pay a penny for our services.
If your claim is successful, you pay Thompsons a pre-agreed percentage of your compensation. This is how it works:

We always do our best to keep our costs as low as possible and in most cases our charges will not be above 20%* of your total compensation – many firms charge more and we have heard of claimants being charged up to 40% for simple cases. We believe this is wrong.
Serious accident claims can be protracted and complex, however, under our No Win No Fee package we will provide for the cost of running your entire case. So, whether your claim takes weeks, months or years to reach a conclusion, there will be nothing to pay until the end. If you lose your case, there will be nothing to pay, at all: all fees and outlays incurred by Thompsons will be covered under the package.
