About Neil

Neil is a solicitor within the employment team providing advice and representation primarily to trade union members who have been subject to unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment at work. He has been with the firm since December 2022.

He qualified in 2009 initially working in Personal Injury law, exclusively on behalf of pursuers.

Prior to joining Thompsons, Neil worked in a Serious Injuries department for 7 years helping pursuers settle a number of high value cases. He gained a wide range of experience in ASPIC and Court of Session litigation.
